SOCIETY for ANIMAL INITIATIVES (SAI) is a registered voluntary organization initiated by educated youth in the year 2005 and has been working on rural educational development activities in its project area, with the collaboration of Govt and non-government organizations, giving priority to the downtrodden communities. SOCIETY for ANIMAL INITIATIVES (SAI) started to work on Rural Development issues since 2005-06. Though there are no separate projects, SAI out of its own interest, trying to integrate Rural Development aspects into all its programmes. Since 2005-06 onwards SAI planned trainings for the staff with the support of Govt and Non-Govt agencies. SAI is also taking many initiatives at the Local level in collaboration with other Voluntary Organizations and Govt. Departments to plan activities. Keeping this background in mind SAI has decided to continue its work on the similar lines in the next five years.
