Subject: Wanted : Executive Catalyst for youth organisation - Blue Ribbon Movement

Hi

The Blue Ribbon Movement is an ideology-neutral, open community of change makers who leverage their efforts to create massive social change. We have been running the BRM Mentorship Program for school students. We plan to come up with many other projects of similar nature. People joining BRM can come in with their own initiatives or converge with one of those already happening.

BRM invites applications for the post of "Executive Catalyst" - who will be the co-ordinator and anchor of all activities for the organisation.

This is a part time post requiring about 8 hrs/week of focussed time. 

The work will be of broad general management of a professional not-for-profit. This will include PR, Fund Raising, Membership initiatives, backend support, liasoning with the board of governors, website development and networking with other NGOs.

The incumbent will have a rich experience of working with management graduates and high level professionals who form a part of this organisation.

We are open to profiles but typically we will look for someone with a degree of managerial and leadership experience in the past, from the NGO or corporate sector. The deciding factor is the passion to create a change and an understanding of what is 'effective social change'. Willingness to learn and openness to new experiences is also critical. There is no age or gender bar for the person.

We are looking at someone to volunteer for the position. 

Honorarium can be paid - and be converted to a fixed remuneration post raising of funds.

The position requires local travel and work from home.
