U&I is a charity that believes in engaging everyone in social action. We partner with NGO's to co-create projects that you can volunteer in. We have 6-7 volunteer run projects across our city & are looking to engage more people in more projects this summer. 

We would love to give you an opportunity to make a difference while inspiring others to get involved also. We'll try our best to marry your passion with the work you are assigned. We'd love to meet up and figure out how to take this forward & help you find an internship that will be meaningful both for you & those you will be helping. 

We've thought of a few areas where you can help out in (listed below). You are welcome to 'create' a role for yourself within the organisation, where you feel your passion & skill set will be used best =)

Here are the roles:

Summer Camp Coordinator : Coordinate and run an entire summer camp in an Orphanage/Home. 

Awareness Campaign Coordinator: Run a creative awareness campaign on a social issue. 

Teacher: Teach underprivileged children English/ Computers or help them with their school work.

Special Needs: Teacher: Teach children with special needs in a creative and relevant manner depending on their mental age.  

Music Teacher : Teach underprivileged children the basics of singing or playing an instrument.

Art Teacher: Help children express themselves creatively by teaching them art & craft. 

Sports Coach : Coach underprivileged children in a sport that you play. 

Field Assessment : Work alongside an NGO and make an assessment of their field work and work with us to help them improve their systems and processes.   

College & Corporate Rep : Approach Colleges and Corporates as a representative of U&I and build partnerships.
