Subject: A Rural Education Project For 183 Children needs Urgent Support
Dear Chandni,
I am sure that the mail find you in good health and spirit.
With support from individuals and organisations like yours, our children have transformed our campus into a learning space full of laughter, energy and hope.
Milaan a youth lead organisation runs an education project for 183 children from economically challenged background in a remote village of Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. The project largely supported by individual donors and volunteers provides quality education, vocational skills and life skills workshop to the children, since 2007.
The project requires some urgent financial support for meeting up the project operational costs ( 47,000 per month) which mainly includes salaries of 7 teachers and a Project Officer , transport facility for 26 children and stationery. Our salaries for November month are still not realized due to inadequate funds. Any form of support will help in strengthening the continuity and quality of the program.
Kindly find attached our project information leaflet for your kind perusal.
Every drop makes an Ocean - please lend a hand and support our children in whatever way feasible.
Looking forward to an encouraging and generous response,
With hope,
Dhirendra Pratap Singh
