Firstly hats off to the all of you here who are working so actively toward social causes.
There are many people who would like to donate money to NGO's for social causes, however there is the question of accountability as to how and where NGO funds are being utilised. There is a perception true or untrue that most of the money does not really reach the target segment. What is the opinion of members here about this issue?
