Project Crayons - Stand Up Comedy Event !
Dear NGO Post Team, *Greetings from Project Crayons !* *Project Crayons invites you to laugh for a cause! * Project Crayons is a NGO working to empower marginalised communities through HER (health, Education and Rights) in Mumbai, since 2002. Project Crayons runs eight grassroot-level initiatives that facilitate basic education and health services for various communities in Mumbai. Karan Talwar, Tanmay Bhat, Atul Khatri, Brij Bhakta and Sapan Verma from Schitzengiggles will take you on a laughing ride. *Date:* 29th July 2012 * * *Time:* 6.30 PM 9.00 PM * * *Venue:* The Bombay Store, Sir P M Road, Near Citibank, Fort, Mumbai Guests must be 18 years or above. Donor passes available for Rs. 500, Rs. 1000, Rs. 1500 and Rs. 2000 Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis. Refreshments will be served at 6.30 PM. A short Introduction to Project Crayons and our journey at 7.00 PM will be followed by the Comedy Gigs. He spent a decade in the US where he gained work experience and lost all his hair. *Tanmay Bhat* is one of India's brightest comedy stars and has performed in UK, Dubai, Scotland and Singapore as well. He's also the co-founder of India's foremost comedy podcast All India Bakchod. *Atul Khatri*, a computer engineer and a British Management scholar, is a 40+ businessman who decided to do stand-up comedy so that he could tick it off his own personal bucket list. *Brij Bhakta* is an actor and writer by profession from Chicago, US. He has been doing comedy for the last 10 years. Recently, he hosted a travel show on the FOX Traveller channel in India. *Sapan Verma* has an attention seeking disorder, but being a freelance writer, the only attention he gets is from the walls of his room. He hails from the same state as Apocalypto was shot: Madhya Pradesh.
