We, Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (SCHSA) is the first 100% self-financing charity and non government organization in Hong Kong which endeavors to provide 24-hour Personal Emergency Link service for the elderly and the people in need since 1996. http://www.schsa.org.hk

In order to advocate the quality and the service of eCare and TeleCare in helping people in need, we will hold the "Asia Pacific eCare and TeleCare Congress" from June 16 to 19, 2011 in Hong Kong Cyberport. The congress aims to set out “AN AGENDA FOR EVOLUTION” with the vision of enhancing the quality of life of elders and people in need in the Asia-Pacific. International specialists have been invited as speakers to share the trend and the ways to improve the service.
