Project Description:

a. Background : Available Training content was last updated in year 2009, now we want to revise the training content as per the current operational processes. Along with updating of Operational Manual, Presentation of Microfinance vertical for Investors, Training documents for Microfinance franchisee and employees, and Software training document.

b. Objectives: Objective of the project is to study the current operational processes of Drishtee Microfinance business and revise the various available training documents.

c. Project Coverage (Geography): Project will cover the entire Micro-finance locations of Drishtee in Uttar Pradesh, Assam and Bihar states.

d. Field Work: Short field tour at Moradabad or Mathura districts in Uttar Pradesh

Qualifications:

a. language : English and Hindi

b. Education : Post Graduate / MBA

c. Experience : Not Mandatory but preferable
