I tried to use this website against the Madhyapradesh police but they didnt take any action on my complaint.Even I tried to contact webmaster of saferindia but didnt get any reply.I think its easy to start any thing in india bt its difficult to maintain it.I dont think there would be ny impact of saferindia initiative started by miss Bedi..

i was working in dubai and i used credit cards of dubai at that time but when recession hit the uae i lost my job & came back to india.
now iam getting calls from the collection agency to pay the due amount the problem is that i was jobless for nearly one year & right now i got the job but the salary is very low in which i can't make the payment.
But these collection agency are harrassing me by saying that i will be arressted. sometimes i feel to committ suicide as iam hardly helping my family to survive.

My friend is suffering domestic abuse....has an alchohlic husband and a 14-15 yr old daughter. Living in Gurgaon. She lodged complaint in police station for domestic abuse with the sector 40 police station....then went to the protection officer "Ms. Meena Kumari" in Mini secretariat Gurgaon. She has no money therefore her friend is fighting a case eventually for her. The Daughter of the victim has to stop going to the school because the father is refusing to pay the fees and is proving in the court that he has no income (although he is a non registered property broker and has a shop in a mall in Gurgaon and a 2 storey big house in sector 31).
They were worried about the education very much so they were so far giving more importance to the daughter's fees rather than the domestic abuse.....
The victim called me today and was very depressed as nothing positive seem to happening for her and told me that she will commit suicide....
I am very worried for them.....can you plz guide...

In the city Paonta Sahib H.P. fourth girl suicide in Dental college. She belongs to Punjab. In Punjab their is less ratio of female. One side we give a slogan to Save a girl child and worship the Godess Lakshmi another side we pressurize the girls for suicide. There is a sex racket behind these suicide. but no body raise their voice against this. Without evidence police cannot do anything because after the death always found a suicide note in same language, sorry mummy papa i am quit. Mam help these girls to save them in future.

Incident date: 31-01-2012 Gurgaon IFFCO Traffic Incharge (Time around 3:00 PM)
Myself Pardeep Sharma, Today when i was going to IFFCO chowk with my bike( DL2SM-1731). Waiting on second RED light for Sukhrali village. After some minutes one traffic person come to me and pull out my bike key and asking me come side . Show paper, license, pollution paper etc.
I show all those thing which were required as per Vehicle owner. But asking me you have less paper, some time says wrong side, sometime time says less document, Red light etc...You will have to pay........ so and so.
But I informed him that i have all documents and pollution paper,RC, and i never cross red light, etc..... So why you asking me for money ...and say make a big challan. I totally disappointed the behavior of Traffic incharge having 3 stars and other supporter which they are harassing me without my fault. And threat me we will make a big challan with different - different charges.
I show all documents and refused to sign on paper because if i had all proof and no mistake so how i can agree with them.
Traffic incharge 3 star hold my shirt collar and wording was as below
“This is our daily work and we do anything which we want to do as per our choice ( 3 star shirt police says me..Look at my 3 star ... i will also make fake charges against you whatever you need to do...do it" whereas i have all the documents.............and innocent....and as per Traffic incharge i have written on paper "you is denying to signature".....adding more charges etc........
In the end when i saw challan a lot of fake charges tick on challan and he was shows red eyes me. And says This is my power of 3 star.. look at...me 3 star.. i am not a common man.. i am having 3 start... okay..
I request if you need money .........so why are making fake /wrong charging and threaten me ..as per him ..i can do anything.... you have to go court and wait in queue...whereas i am putting all documents.....but he refuse to take any document..RC, pollution, License etc….

I had gone to police station (Burari, santnagar) to lodge an FIR regarding the lost of my wallet which were containing sensitive particulars like ATM, PAN Card and Voter Id but they told me to come later as there computer is not working and will be able to lodge only when the system will be fixed.

Please advice what should i do to make them lodge an FIR as  it can be misused if goes into wrong hands.

उपयर्ुक्त विषयान्तर्गत निवेदन है कि जयनारायण व्यास विश्वविधालय - न्ळब्ए मानव संसाधन एवं विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के राजपत्र (गजट), भारतीय संविधान, राज्य सरकार, केन्द्र सरकार तथा माननीय राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय आदि के आदेशों तथा नियमों की धजिजयां उड़ाकर अपने चहेतों को विश्वविधालय में प्रवेश दिलाने के असंवैधानिक प्रयास कर रहा है। इस शिक्षक भर्ती में अनैतिक रूप से धनबल का प्रयोग तथा रिश्वतखोरी की भी संभावना जतार्इ जा रही है। जिससे सम्पूर्ण शिक्षा जगत सहित राष्ट्र का विकास अवरूद्ध होगा।
इस शिक्षक भर्ती में भ्रष्टाचार एवं विभिन्न अनियमितताओं से उच्च शिक्षित एवं न्ळब् योग्यताधारी बेरोजगार युवाओं के हितों पर वि.वि. कुठाराघात कर रहा है। जिससे युवाओं के मन में हताशा घर कर रही है और सभी शिक्षित युवा मानसिक रूप से प्रताडि़त हो रहे है। जो मानवाधिकार का हनन है। चूंकि शिक्षा समवृति सूची का विषय है अत: राज्य की शैक्षणिक संस्थाओं को संविधिक संस्था न्ळब् के नियम मानने अनिवार्य है।
अत: माननीय महोदय से निवेदन है कि निम्न बिन्दुओं के मददेनजर जांच एवं उचित कार्यवाही करते हुए इस नियम विरूद्ध शिक्षक भर्ती को स्थगित करवाने का श्रम करावें :-
1ण् न्ळब् योग्यताधारी नियमों के अनुसार भर्ती हेतु छम्ज्ध्ैस्म्ज्ध्ैम्ज् उर्तीण अभ्यर्थी तथा न्ळब् त्महनसंजपवद 2009 के 20 बिन्दुओं के तहत च्ीण्क् धारी ही योग्य है।
जबकि वि.वि अयोग्य च्ीण्क् योग्यताधारी को साक्षात्कार में बुलाकर अपने चहेतों को लाभ पहुँचाना चाहता है जबकि उनकी च्ीण्क्ए न्ळब् त्महनसंजपवद 2009 के तहत नहीं है।
2ण् राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय की डबल बेन्च (मुख्य न्यायाधीश श्री अरूण मिश्रा तथा न्यायाधीश श्री नरेन्द्र कुमार जैन-प्रथम) द्वारा 13 सितम्बर 2012 को 40 विभिन्न-विभिन्न याचिकाओं का निस्तारण करते हुयें निर्णय दिया कि छम्ज्ध्ैस्म्ज्ध्ैम्ज् योग्यताधारी ही शिक्षक भर्ती हेतु योग्य है।
जबकि वि.वि. माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश की खुलकर अवहेलना कर रहा है।
3ण् वि.वि के पास रोस्टर रजिस्टर जैसे महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज उपलब्ध नहीं होने की बात, विश्वविधालय सूचना के अधिकार के तहत तथ्य मांगने पर स्वीकार करता है।
जबकि वि.वि. द्वारा गलत तरीके से बनाऐ गये रोस्टर से पदों की गलत गणना कर भर्ती प्रक्रिया में धांधली कर रहा है।
4ण् वि.वि. के इतिहास में यह पहला अवसर है कि साक्षात्कार वि.वि परिसर से बाहर हो रहे है, जगह का चयन भी भारत सरकार की रक्षा प्रयोगशाला जैसी सामरिक दृषिट से सुरक्षित एवं गोपनीय जगह पर चोरी की नियत एवं भ्रष्टाचार करने के उददेश्य से करवा रहा है।
जबकि भारत सरकार की रक्षा प्रयोगशाला में साक्षात्कार के आयोजन के कारण, आमजन के आने-जाने से भारत देश की गोपनीय एवं सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को भी खतरा पैदा हो सकता है। इस साक्षात्कार में रक्षा प्रयोगशाला के निदेशक श्री एस.आर वडेरा का क्या हित है? जो उन्होंने विश्वविधालय को यह जगह उपलब्ध करवायी, यह जांच का विषय है?
5ण् न्ळब् द्वारा निर्धारित योग्यता न रखने वाले व्यकित प्रोफेसर के रूप में चयन समिति में शामिल होकर चहेतों को फयादा पहुंचाने की कोशिश में लगे है। ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है? यह जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत-दैनिक नवज्योति 22122012) संलग्न प्रति।
6ण् आवेदन की अनितम तिथि के पश्चात अर्जित की गर्इ योग्यताओ के संबंधित दस्तावेज वि.वि प्रशासन से सांठगांठ कर आवेदन के साथ जोड़ दिये गये। ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है? यह जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत :- दैनिक नवज्योति दि. 15 तथा 27 दिसम्बर 2012)
7ण् जगतगुरू रामानंदाचार्य संस्कृत वि.वि. जयपुर की सिंडिकेट ने चयन समिति की सिफारिश को खारिज करते हुए एक सहायक प्रोफेसर की नियुकित इस आधार पर रदद कर दी कि वह सिर्फ च्ीण्क् धारी का तथा उसकी च्ीण्क्ए न्ळब् अधिनियम 2009 के तहत नही थी। इस सबंध में राजस्थान पत्रिका जयपुर संस्करण 27 दिसम्बर 2012 में प्रकाशित हुआ था जिसकी प्रति संलग्न है।
8ण् राजस्थान विश्वविधालय जयपुर ने राजस्थान हार्इकोर्ट के आदेशों की पालना करते हुए न्ळब् के नियमानुसार शिक्षक भर्ती का विज्ञापन पुन: निकाला जिसकी आवेदन भरने की अनितम तिथि 31.01.2013 है।
तो इसी आधार पर जयनारायण व्यास विश्वविधालय भी राजस्थान हाइकोर्ट के आदेश तथा न्ळब् के नियमानुसार शिक्षक भर्ती का पुन: विज्ञापन क्यों नही निकाला? विश्वविधालय अपने किन चहेतों को फायदा पहुंचाना चाहता है? यह जांच का विषय है।
9ण् शिक्षक भर्ती में न्ळब् गाइडलाइन को लागू करवाने हेतु ैब्ध्ैज् लेक्चरर्स एसोसियेशन, राजस्थान ने कुलपति कार्यालय पर दिनांक 21 से 28 दिसम्बर 2012 तक धरना व क्रमिक अनशन भी रखा था। जिसकी न्यूज ज्प्डम्ै व्थ् प्छक्प्। राजस्थान संस्करण 27 दिसम्बर तथा अन्य समाचार पत्रों में प्रतिदिन प्रकाशित होती रही थी। समस्त समाचार पत्रों की प्रतियां संलग्न है।
10ण् वि.वि. प्रशासन ने अध्यादेश में मनमाफिक परिवर्तन करते हुए न्ळब् द्वारा निर्धारित, न्यूनतम मापदण्डों की खुली अवहेलना की है जिससे संबंधित समाचार स्थानीय अखबार में छपे है। वि.वि ने ऐसा क्याेंं किया है? यह जांच का विषय है। (राजस्थान पत्रिका, दैनिक नवज्योति 29.12.2012)
11ण् विश्वविधालय प्रशासन ने 3 जनवरी 2013 को निर्धारित सहायक प्रोफेसर (इतिहास) के साक्षात्कार सिर्फ इस आधार पर स्थगित कर दिये गये कि उनके चहेतों का च्ीण्क् का वाइवा बाकी था, तथा वे साक्षात्कार में शामिल नहीं हो पा रहे थे। अब उनका वाइवा करवाकर साक्षात्कार (18 व 19 जनवरी 2013) में शामिल किया जायेगा। विश्वविधालय ने ऐसा क्यों किया? यह जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत राज. पत्रिका, दैनिक नवज्योति)
12ण् विश्वविधालय में भ्रष्टाचार इस कदर तक पहुँच चुका है कि शिक्षक भर्ती से पहले ही संभावित चयन सूचियाँ मीडिया के पास आ गर्इ है जिसमें राजनेताओं, कुलपति, सिडिंकेट सदस्य तथा शिक्षकों के रिश्तेदारों के नाम शामिल है जो जांच का विषय है (स्त्रोत :- राज. पत्रिका, दि. 23.12.2012, दैनिक नवज्योति 28 दिसम्बर, दैनिक जलतेदीप तथा तरूण राजस्थान 2 जनवरी 2013)

14ण् न्ळब् का मापदण्ड है कि किसी भी विश्वविधालय में जिस विषय के पद के लिए साक्षात्कार हो, विषय विशेषज्ञ के रूप में उस विषय के प्रोफेसर ही होना चाहिए जबकि राजस्थानी भाषा के पद हेतु साक्षात्कार के लिए गुजराती तथा हिन्दी भाषा के विशेषज्ञों ने साक्षात्कार लिया। यह क्यों और कैसे हुआ? यह जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत :- राजस्थान पत्रिका, 3 जनवरी 2013)
15ण् नियमानुसार साक्षात्कार हेतु बुलावा पत्र 15 दिन पहले भेजा जाता है, लेकिन वि.वि. साक्षात्कार के लिए अभ्यार्थियों को फोन करके बुलावा पत्र ले जाने की सूचना दे रहा है। इस अवस्था में बाहरी जिलों के अभ्यर्थियों हेतु साक्षात्कार में शामिल होने का संकट खड़ा हो गया, वि.वि. ऐसा क्यों कर रहा है? यह जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत दैनिक नवज्योति 4 जनवरी 2012)
16ण् त्च्ैब्ए न्च्ैब् तथा न्ळब् द्वारा एक सत्र मेंं अधिकतम 8 अभ्यर्थियों का ही साक्षात्कार करवाता है। जबकि वि.वि एक दिन में 50 से 300 अभ्यर्थियों का साक्षात्कार करवा रहा है इस आधार पर एक अभ्यर्थी को 1) सें 5 मिनट का समय ही दिया जा रहा है। इतने कम समय में किसी अभ्यर्थी की योग्यता कैसे निर्धारित कर सकते है? उसका चयन किस आधार पर होगा? यह जांच का विषय है।
17ण् जयनारायण व्यास विश्वविधालय, वर्ष 1991 से हो रही भर्तियों में कुल सीटों की संख्या से अधिक सीटों पर नियुकितयाँ देकर भ्रष्टाचार एवं धांधली को बढ़ावा देता आ रहा है। यह नियुकितयाँ चहेतों के लिए न्ळब् के नियमों से हटकर की जा रही है, वि.वि. में पिछले 32 वर्षों में हुर्इ शिक्षक भर्तियों में भ्रष्टाचार एवं धांधली जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत तरूण राजस्थान 5 जनवरी 2013)
18ण् वि.वि में शिक्षक भर्ती के मामलों में न्ळब् के मापदण्ड के अनुसार यदि अभ्यर्थियों में ैब्ध्ैज्ध्व्ठब्ध्अल्पसंख्यकमहिला एवं निशक्तजन वर्ग में से कोर्इ है तो इसी वर्ग की शैक्षणिक पृष्ठभूमि का एक सदस्य को साक्षात्कार बोर्ड में होना चाहिए। लेकिन इस बोर्ड में कुलपति ने इन वर्गों के किसी प्रतिनिधि को शामिल क्यों नही किया? यह जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत राजस्थान पत्रिका 9 जनवरी 2013)
19ण् साक्षात्कार बोर्ड में तीन (3) विषय विशेषज्ञ होना अनिवार्य है। लेकिन वि.वि ने न्ळब् के इस नियम की पालना अपने चहेतों को फायदा पहुंचाने हेतु नहीं की। इस नियम की पालना क्यों नही की? यह जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत राजस्थान पत्रिका 9 जनवरी 2013)
20ण् वि.वि के चहेते शिक्षकों ने अपने नाम की पुस्तक पबिलकेशन दिखाने के लिए दूसरे लेखकों की किताबों को अपना बताकर साक्षात्कार में चयन हेतु वि.वि में पेश कर दिया और वि.वि ने इसे उचित मानते हुए ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों को साक्षात्कार हेतु क्यों बुलाया? यह जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत राज. पत्रिका 10 जनवरी 2013)
21ण् बैंगलूरू के एक वैज्ञानिक ने बन्दरों में शोध की नकल का एक वि.वि. शिक्षक पर आरोप लगाते हुए वि.वि से शिकायत की थी इस हेतु वि.वि ने कमेटी बनाकर जांच में लीपापोती कर दी है, ऐसा क्यों हुआ? यह जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत राज. पत्रिका 10 जनवरी 2013)
22ण् विधि सकांय में एक दिन पहले च्ीण्क् वायवा में जिस विषय विशेषज्ञ को बुलाया था। उसी को अगले दिन शिक्षक भर्ती के साक्षात्कार (विधि सकांय) बोर्ड में कैसे बैठा दिया? क्या इससे साक्षात्कार बोर्ड की गोपनीयता भंग नहीं हुर्इ? किस चहेते को फायदा पहुंचाने हेतु ऐसा किया गया? यह जांच का विषय है। (स्त्रोत- राज. पत्रिका - 11.01.2013)
