it would be really great if a change is truly in the wings. But overall the state of affairs seems to be much neglected - for example something as basic as making public facilities disabled friendly - like buildings, public transport etc - is conspicuously missing. the developed nations have much better facilities that we can emulate. are you aware of any steps in this direction.
