Our client, a multi-national company, wants to support a programme on menstrual health and hygiene where they and individual donors will adopt 10,000 adolescent girls for a year and provide them with a "health kit" that contains materials required for menstrual hygiene. The kit will include medical tests conducted by gynaecologists, sanitary care products and healthcare supplements.

The Company intends to conduct the programme in two phases:

1. Pilot Phase- in this phase, which will begin on March 1, 2012, the Company will adopt 250 girls for one year and provide them with the health kit, which will be entirely sponsored by the Company.
2.Roll-out Phase- in this phase, which will begin in April/May 2012, the Company will request its customers and larger public to "adopt a girl" for one year by providing the girl with a health kit similar to the one described above. This large scale, media driven campaign will request donors to support 10,000 girls.

The Company is looking for NGO partners that have access to a minimum of 250+ adolescent girls aged between 13 and 19. The NGO partners will be required to identify beneficiaries, provide the health kit and track and report the impact of the pilot.

If you are interested in the programme, please fill out the attached RFP (Click here to download) and respond to us by February 25,2012 (for the pilot) and March 15, 2012 (for the roll-out programme).
