Befikir Tsere-AIDS Mahiber, alocal NGO working with children affected and infected by HIV/AIDS and helpless elderlies in Addthe NGO said it, in collaboration with the Kebele Administration handed out learning materials to 30 children and closings to 10 elderlies aged between 60-85 in the Kebele 03/09 of the Arada Sub-city in Addis Ababa.
