Silver Innings(SI) is a Social Enterprise Founded by Sailesh Mishra in April 2008 and to promote CSR activity Silver Inning Foundation(SIF) an NGO for formed in July 2008 to work with Senior Citizens (50+) .

Silver Inning Foundation was founded to address the micro and macro level issues of the elderly. The foundation is registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 and The Bombay Public Trusts Act 1950. The vision, mission and goals of SIF are centered on creating and implementing services and programmes that are holistic in nature and address the need to acknowledge the much needed supportive environment that the elderly deserve. It looks at reintegrating the elderly into mainstream society and live with dignity.

Silver Innings is working towards creating Elder Friendly World where Ageing becomes a Positive and Rewarding Experience.
