ISN (integrated support network®) is a non-profit community-based social organization registered in 2011 under Social welfare Act of 1860, and is currently working in district Dadu of Sindh for the past two years. Our fundamental objective is to work for the betterment and prosperity of vulnerable, disadvantaged community and based on the improvement of agriculture. It also worked on the social imbalances in youth and women rights.

As a matter of fact we work in different sectors like education and youth awareness, but ‘Health’ is our focal sector of our work. From the platform of our health program, we have been providing basic health care facilities covering both-preventive and curative sides. As part of our capacity building program, time and again, we have been organizing different training programs for TBAs, SBAs, CHWs, LHWs, LHVs, vaccinators and doctors along with many free medical camps for eye, tuberligation, contraceptives, gyne/OBS, diarrhea, skin disease Leshmanisis and measles.

ISN is also worked on the youth empowerment and conducted the various training programs among the youth. In this plate form where youth entitled the capacity building and learn the positive behavior, which they have to implement in the community.

Being an indigenous organization, we are well aware of the local values and customs, trends and traditions, and that makes it easier for us to work with them profitably. In our way to prosperity of the community, we hold the local values and traditions in high esteem. We also work for promoting local culture and historical heritage by conducting different expository shows and festivals.

We also believe that in order to gain trust of the community, the engagement of local people in our programs is quite indispensable. So, we have with us the man power of 200 volunteers, 100 youth volunteers, 3 paid staff and 710 male and female members of health committees.

We are currently running the computer learning center in which more than 50 students, girls and boys got information technology education for the competition of global education.ISN management sciences classes also running in the self help basis, in this center more than 70 students got management ,commerce, and science classes.

 We also believed on the theater, we perceive that theater is the main tool of to reflect the ideas from one person to another person. ISN has a strong theater team which also performed the different shows within communities and also worked with different NGOs and INGOs.

We have also village health committees, which ISN has, make from different villages and also arranged the training programs among them. Main them of VHC is to aware the notables regarding the basic issues of community and empower them that they have to sustained their lives and livelihood.
