Transforming Rural Poverty - employing people with LITTLE or NO Education - through a replicable business model.
We have developed a
business model to transform rural poverty – employing the rural youth with
LITTLE or NO Education. Non-English speaking people who have never seen a
computer will undergo specific training in skills like English skills, working
on computers, analytical skills, etc in the span of 4-6 months and
employed(generally in a BPO) in the village.
When this is replicated in the
villages by many other entrepreneurs – it would result in economic
transformation of many villages.
We conducted a proof
of concept wherein we trained 8 non-english speaking villagers who had ‘never
held a pencil’ - to be able to speak, read, write English, work on a
computer(with typing speeds of around 60 words per minute!) and many other
things, in the span of 8 months. They are now working in our BPO on an
