Environment Film

We need suggestions for a good "must-see" environemental film, which is made for sensitization of employees of a factory towards the environment. The film can be in English / Hindi.

The message of the film should be that efforts should be taken to reduce pollution caused in factories. However, the film should not criticize production of goods in factories.

Here's what my friend Vinod shared with me and Kiran:

Can't think of anyone better to reconcile these two poles than Ray Anderson, CEO of Interface Carpets, a company in the US that has achieved a brillliant turnaround in going green while continuing to do business. I'm not sure if there any films available about him but here area few links to some of his interviews. He talks about how companies can learn to run sustainably while minimising the damage they cause to the environment. He is also featured in the documentary films, The Corporation and in The 11th Hour, with many others.
