under the banner of "SUVI SEVA" NGO is going to operate huge round development programme in few districts of BIHAR.
Area of operations are Child welfare and women empowerment, medical camps, educational guideline camps, agricultural advice camp and free HIV testing camp.
Our next two programmes shall be operated in 5th October at Sasaram District (Bihar) and 7th October at Aurangabad District (Bihar).
This all set up is initially funded by “suvi enterprises”. But by the size of effecting population and area which our NGO is covering needs more grant from medical firms and other sources. Grant is well accepted in the form of financial or materialistic support.
We are going to cover more than 4 millions of population in which nearly 83% are agriculturist. So here we can insure any firm that it will be a great advertisement opportunity and market for future is available to explore.

In recent mF state, generally MFIs are working as finance providers to poor, the absence of any regulation on this subject give unconditional pull to the MFIs. Impact on the poor is far slighter. Most of the MFIs are laced with big Strategic Business Plan & outrage. Impact on the poor is almost lost in mF sector. Few likeminded professionals felt the need of the mF in its bona fide mean; hence Jaago was established with the sole objective to help the poor with microfinance & associated tools i.e. mF+. Jaago is an Institution (MFI) not for profit and working for livelihood promotion through mF+ in the five districts of Uttar Pradesh.
In the initial period, Jaago have established mF in Lucknow, Sultanpur and Raibareli; now institution is planning to start livelihood intervention in its present location, and as pilot, Jaago yearning to start the mf+ in the capital of the Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. Our vision is to serve marginalised poor women with mF+ so that our members may live with due dignity. Jaago help poor with the credit & other linkage support to provide them an opportunity to promote themselves as small entrepreneurs on self sustainable basis. At present Jaago is serving around 4,000 poor urban and rural families.

Starve Prevent Foundation is a non profit charity in Kolkata working in remote villages in micro finance women empowerment sector. There is a great demand in this sector but unfortunately due to financial limitations this ngo could not expand its area of operation. Minority students: Govt invites proposal from coaching centres
By TCN News,
New Delhi: To implement the Central Government’s scheme to provide free coaching to the students belonging to Minority communities -- Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and Parsis – for admission in technical and professional courses and for government job examinations, the Union Ministry of Minority Affairs has invited proposals for the year 2011-12 from institutions/centers.
The scheme is applied for the following purposes:
(1) Coaching for qualifying examinations for admission in technical/ professional courses such as engineering, law, medical, management, information technology etc. and language/aptitude examinations for seeking admission to institutes/universities.
(2) Coaching for competitive examinations for recruitment to Group ‘A’ , ‘B’ , ‘C’ and ‘D’ services and other equivalent posts under the Central and State governments including police/security forces, public sector undertakings, Railways, banks, insurance companies as well as autonomous bodies.
(3) Coaching/training for jobs in the private sector such as in airlines, shipping, fisheries, information technology (IT), business process outsourcing (BPO) and other IT enabled services, hospitality, tours and travels, maritime, food processing, retail, sales and marketing, bio-technology and other job oriented courses as per the emerging trend of employment which does not ordinarily exceed nine months.
(4) Remedial coaching for technical & professional courses at undergraduate and post graduate level to improve academic knowledge and enable the student to catch up with the rest of the class and complete the course successfully.
(5) Coaching for recruitment of constables and equivalent in police and security forces and railways (for a period of not exceeding five days).
Criteria for coaching centres
The institutions/coaching centers applying for the scheme should have 3 years experience. They should have coached/trained 300 students per year out of which at least 20% students from the minority communities. Besides, the area of the institutions should be at least 2000 sq. ft. to accommodate 3 classrooms and 1 office room.
The coaching/training institutes in the Pvt. Sector should submit their proposal in prescribed application forms with all necessary documents to the Ministry of Minority Affairs through Department of the concerned State Government/Union Territory administration dealing with minority welfare by 31st May, 2011.
While the institutes in the government sector can send their complete proposals in the prescribed application form directly to the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India before 15th July, 2011.

Today our mother land are facing lots of problem such as rising water level but no proper embankments in the river, there are highly uneducated people not having basic knowledge and awareness about the various impact of climate change. It is very painful to say that our Government and local self Government and Voluntary organization have not much came forward to fight the difficult situation. Climate change has forced people to change their occupation. Some were forced to shift from traditional occupation to some other occupation just merely to live. People are starving for healthy food, safe drinking water, and proper cultivation.
These poor, uneducated people are totally unaware of the rising danger. They don’t even know that may be today is their last day of their live and tomorrow they may not be able to see a beautiful morning. These people are having an uncertain future.
We have an organization which is registered under the West Bengal Registration Act 1961.It has been registered on 2nd March 1996.The organization served long time in the community of “Sunderban” (India) basically the organization involved in development of rural people, women empowerment, income generation programmed, child protection regarding the purpose of child abuse, enhance the inner quality of rural people by their developmental needs, as well as social development and to save the mother land from the various impact of climate change. But lack of communication, not having experienced people of the organization also face lots of problems like to gate any developmental project assistance by the donor or funding organization. But still, we have maintained the rules and regulation such as audit, annual report of the organization. Now I am newly appointment in this organization, I am inhabitant of Sundarban and completed my MSW from Burdwan University, West Bengal.
From the above description you may-be confused, what do me need and what’s expecting from you…. I expect only your support such as what is the next stage we run the organization smoothly and what is the right destiny to breakdown our isolation and also achieve our organization goals.

The Sir Ratan Tata Small Grant Programme (SGP)

With a view to cater to the needs of small welfare oriented organisations, which were generally unable to access the Trust's funds, the Sir Ratan Tata Small Grant Programme (SGP) was launched in 1998-99. Since then, the Small Grant Programme has supported several hundred organisations across all five thematic areas of the Trust.
The Trust uses the SGP extensively to provide institutional support to fledgling development initiatives, including direct support to community based organisations.
In order to qualify for a grant under this programme, an organisation:
must have been in existence for at least one financial year
should be working in a thematic area supported by the Trust
should be situated in either an urban or rural area, though preference will be given to organisations in rural areas
should have an expenditure not exceeding Rs. 2 million in the last financial year
should not be employing more than 20 individuals
However, grants may NOT be requested for:
purchase of land and building
construction activity of any kind
purchase of vehicles
corpus fund
conferences, workshops and seminars
office equipment including computers
training or travel abroad
The SGP was primarily envisaged to cater to the needs of small welfare centered organisations and subsequently amended, to include larger organisations that needed support for strategic planning or evaluation, conducting focused research activities, mainstreaming of innovations, conducting reviews and appraisals and strengthening internal systems.
Grants made to these larger organisations have been classified under the 'special’ category, whilst those sanctioned to the smaller organisations constitute the ‘regular’ SGPs. The programme is also a useful tool for the Trusts to field test new ideas and innovations, support preparatory phases that precede major long duration projects, conduct workshops, events and external reviews within key areas of programmatic intervention.
Receipt of a proposal does not indicate a funding commitment. All proposals received are subjected to a rigorous appraisal process, at the end of which, the decision taken regarding extending support, is communicated to the applicant.

Minority students: Govt invites proposal from coaching centres
New Delhi: To implement the Central Government’s scheme to provide free coaching to the students belonging to Minority communities -- Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and Parsis – for admission in technical and professional courses and for government job examinations, the Union Ministry of Minority Affairs has invited proposals for the year 2011-12 from institutions/centers.
The scheme is applied for the following purposes:
(1) Coaching for qualifying examinations for admission in technical/ professional courses such as engineering, law, medical, management, information technology etc. and language/aptitude examinations for seeking admission to institutes/universities.
(2) Coaching for competitive examinations for recruitment to Group ‘A’ , ‘B’ , ‘C’ and ‘D’ services and other equivalent posts under the Central and State governments including police/security forces, public sector undertakings, Railways, banks, insurance companies as well as autonomous bodies.
(3) Coaching/training for jobs in the private sector such as in airlines, shipping, fisheries, information technology (IT), business process outsourcing (BPO) and other IT enabled services, hospitality, tours and travels, maritime, food processing, retail, sales and marketing, bio-technology and other job oriented courses as per the emerging trend of employment which does not ordinarily exceed nine months.
(4) Remedial coaching for technical & professional courses at undergraduate and post graduate level to improve academic knowledge and enable the student to catch up with the rest of the class and complete the course successfully.
(5) Coaching for recruitment of constables and equivalent in police and security forces and railways (for a period of not exceeding five days).
Criteria for coaching centres
The institutions/coaching centers applying for the scheme should have 3 years experience. They should have coached/trained 300 students per year out of which at least 20% students from the minority communities. Besides, the area of the institutions should be at least 2000 sq. ft. to accommodate 3 classrooms and 1 office room.
The coaching/training institutes in the Pvt. Sector should submit their proposal in prescribed application forms with all necessary documents to the Ministry of Minority Affairs through Department of the concerned State Government/Union Territory administration dealing with minority welfare by 31st May, 2011.
While the institutes in the government sector can send their complete proposals in the prescribed application form directly to the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India before 15th July, 2011.

The NCRI’s (National Council of Rural Institutes) supports rural institutes for promotion of rural higher education. The vision and purpose of NCRI are unique and founded on Gandhian ethos. To accomplish its objectives, NCRI invites project proposals in various categories (see guidelines) from rural institutions across the country.
All proposals should be presented in clear terms viz: coverage area, target group, and impact / outcome in quantifiable terms, with clear direction on how the implementing organisation plans to achieve the desired outcome in the specified timeframe.
Projects that seek to fill the gaps in existing systems / mechanisms /practices should conduct a detailed study / survey of the problem area (identifying the gaps) prior to submission of the proposal. If such survey / study has already been conducted by the organisation or by an authorised government agency, a copy of the same should be enclosed with the project proposal.
Please note that incomplete or vague projects proposals will be rejected without assigning any reason and the decision of the NCRI shall be final in this regard. However, this does not preclude the institution from submitting a fresh proposal.

Why to start the organization:-
What is education? Is it book learning? No, is it diverse knowledge? Not even that. The training by which the current and expression of will are brought under control and become fruitful is called education.
To me very essence of education is concentration of mind. Not the collecting of facts,
The education which does not help the common mass people to equip themselves for the struggle for life, which does not bring out strength of character, a spirit of philanthropy, and the courage of lion, is it worth the name? Real education is that which enables one to stands on one’s own legs.
Education is not the amount of information that is put into our brain and runs riot there, undigested, all our life. We must have life building, man-making, character-making, assimilation of ideas. If we have assimilated five ideas and made them our life and character, we have more education than any man who has got by heart a whole library.
By getting all the survey reports we come to know that the state of our poor people, what made the difference. Education was the answer we got finally.
The only service to be done for our lower classes is to give them education. To develop their lost individuality……..by giving them ideas that is the only help they require, and then the rest must follow as the effect. Ours is to put the chemicals together, the crystallization comes in the law of nature…….. . Now if the mountain does not come to us, we must go to mountain .if the poor people cannot come to education, education must to go to him.
We want that education by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased, the intellect is expanded, and by which one can stand on one’s own feet.
TO WHOM THIS ORGANIZATION STARTED FOR:-
To all Indians, we are trying to make a universal minded people that we are here to create new society that every one will be far away from cast feelings. Every one should respect all religions, they should believe the definition of god and man: man is an infinite circle whose circumference is no where, but the centre is located in one spot; and god is an infinite circle whose circumference is nowhere, but whose centre is every where.
And I believes that the aim of religion is to bring peace to man. It is not a wise thing fore one to suffer in this life so that one can be happy in the next. One must be happy here and noe. Any religion that can bring that about is the true religion for humanity.
Formula for of success is work, work. Be servant while leading. Be unselfish, and never listen to one friend in private accusing another. Have infinite patience, and success is ours……. Stick to the truth and we shall succeed. Maybe slowly, but surely. Work as if on each one of depended the whole work; the global India is waiting for us.
Our faith is in the younger generation, the modern generation, out of them will come workers. They will work out the whole problem, like lions. We have to formulate them by unselfishness and universal humanity, brad minded.
Now no need to fight against the evil with sword. Just we have to work for ours growth , then India will grow automatically , like dhiru bhai ambhani,sachin tendulkar, sania mirza, ms dhoni, abdul kalam, ……etc
They worked on their field well and succeeded all over world recognized them and they got a good identification. In that same way we just dream as big as we want to grow, we have to prepare the powerful, strength full youth.
Every person should not struggle for food, cloth and shelter; we are just empowering them to earn themselves they should not beg they should not rob from any one.
HOW CAN WE HELP:-
We are going to teach them that vocational based education that helps to them to get food, cloth, and shelter.
We are here to train them regarding:-
Vedas , puja , dance, singing, orchestra, Scooter and car mechanism: garment Works: computer education: mobile mechanism: data entry operators, dry cleaning systems, food masters and all common needs for human to fulfill nowadays,
We are going to educate people about politics, because the very important thing of every people is politics ,that instincts to people the highway of helping and we can mould our life by politics if we got ,a leaders like mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, indira Gandhi, rajiv Gandhi…………..etc.
The activities of national organization:-
The people who are far away from education because of poverty& unable to understand some critical subjects in class room syllabus and family financial conditions. As per me if some one fails in mathematics is that means that he is not eligible to education .he can lead his life by the vocational studies, like chicken forms maintaining , silk forms maintaining, scooter & car mechanism, vegetables forms….etc. So many home based businesses’ are there. We are going to train them like these vocational activities for 2 years.
By getting survey reports we are going to select the candidates by well-known persons of the villages. When they completed the training we are going to help them by giving an opportunity to start a home based business, where they want to live.
To run the organization selected people have to work for themselves, like dairy form maintaining, some other home based business activities, mean while we are going to give them a physical training ,computer education, religious education, society awareness program. I hope within of their training their future will become as a fruitful future
Our organization people also involve any other government activities voluntarily.
Like handling medical champs in remote areas by any other medical organizations.
And rural development, rural reconstruction activities. Education awareness champs.
Explanation for human ability:- we are responsible for what we are today ,and whatever we wish ourselves to be, we have the power to make ourselves. if what we are now has been the result of our own past actions, it certainly follows that whatever we wish to be in future can be produced by our present actions; so we have to know how to act.

Man is higher than all animals, than all angels; none is greater than man.” The world is the great gymnasium. Where we come to make ourselves strong”. Human in general lay all the blame of life upon their fellow-men, or, failing that on god, or they conjure up a ghost, and say it is fate. Where is fate…?
And who is fate? We reap what we sow. we are the makers of our own fate. None else has the blame, none has the praise. The wind is blowing; those vessels whose sails are unfurled catch it, and go forward on their way, but those which have their sails furled don’t catch the wind. Is that the fault of wind?
Understand that “this misery that I am suffering is of my own doing, and that very thing proves that which is created, I can demolish; that which is created by someone else I shall never be able to destroy. Therefore, stand up, be bold, and be strong. Take the whole responsibility on your own shoulders, and know that you are the creator of your own destiny. All the strength and succor you want is within yourselves
now in india so many peoples are blindly following the westren culture they dont know what is indian culture,can we expect a child who doesn't have food ,shelter min needs of a person ,can he become as a "bill gates"? but what is indian population ?poority,illitaracy,polytics,laziness,misguiding,so many reasons for the stage that india is having now youth just going to attract for westren culture!.we are going to train them in indian cultural activities and we will prepare them as role model for the entire world each and every person will be role model for the other just this is a experiment to change all the youth and uneducated persons will learn what is culture ,tredition. please join with us and gui9de us for the more perfection,this orgasnization started with normal persons who struggling for to show what is humanity, tredition , culture ,we are very very normal people please join with us to make a difference in building the glorious india as like the dream of "swamy vivekananda","subhash chandrabos"&the abdul kalam,this is for all religions, we are going to build all religious temples in same place,and religious education like arrabbi,vedas,&bible.we train them by spirtual&physical education,with social awareness

We are going to educate people about politics, because the very important thing of every people is politics ,that instincts to people the highway of helping and we can mould our life by politics if we got ,a leaders like mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, indira Gandhi, rajiv Gandhi…………..etc.

The people who are far away from education because of poverty& unable to understand some critical subjects in class room syllabus and family financial conditions. As per me if some one fails in mathematics is that means that he is not eligible to education .he can lead his life by the vocational studies, like chicken forms maintaining , silk forms maintaining, scooter & car mechanism, vegetables forms….etc. So many home based businesses’ are there. We are going to train them like these vocational activities for 2 years.
By getting survey reports we are going to select the candidates by well-known persons of the villages. When they completed the training we are going to help them by giving an opportunity to start a home based business, where they want to live.
To run the organization selected people have to work for themselves, like dairy form maintaining, some other home based business activities, mean while we are going to give them a physical training ,computer education, religious education, society awareness program. I hope within of their training their future will become as a fruitful future
Our organization people also involve any other government activities voluntarily.
Like handling medical champs in remote areas by any other medical organizations.
And rural development, rural reconstruction activities. Education awareness champs.

Why to start the organization:-
What is education? Is it book learning? No, is it diverse knowledge? Not even that. The training by which the current and expression of will are brought under control and become fruitful is called education.
To me very essence of education is concentration of mind. Not the collecting of facts,
The education which does not help the common mass people to equip themselves for the struggle for life, which does not bring out strength of character, a spirit of philanthropy, and the courage of lion, is it worth the name? Real education is that which enables one to stands on one’s own legs.
Education is not the amount of information that is put into our brain and runs riot there, undigested, all our life. We must have life building, man-making, character-making, assimilation of ideas. If we have assimilated five ideas and made them our life and character, we have more education than any man who has got by heart a whole library.
By getting all the survey reports we come to know that the state of our poor people, what made the difference. Education was the answer we got finally.
The only service to be done for our lower classes is to give them education. To develop their lost individuality……..by giving them ideas that is the only help they require, and then the rest must follow as the effect. Ours is to put the chemicals together, the crystallization comes in the law of nature…….. . Now if the mountain does not come to us, we must go to mountain .if the poor people cannot come to education, education must to go to him.
We want that education by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased, the intellect is expanded, and by which one can stand on one’s own feet.
TO WHOM THIS ORGANIZATION STARTED FOR:-
To all Indians, we are trying to make a universal minded people that we are here to create new society that every one will be far away from cast feelings. Every one should respect all religions, they should believe the definition of god and man: man is an infinite circle whose circumference is no where, but the centre is located in one spot; and god is an infinite circle whose circumference is nowhere, but whose centre is every where.
And I believes that the aim of religion is to bring peace to man. It is not a wise thing fore one to suffer in this life so that one can be happy in the next. One must be happy here and noe. Any religion that can bring that about is the true religion for humanity.
Formula for of success is work, work. Be servant while leading. Be unselfish, and never listen to one friend in private accusing another. Have infinite patience, and success is ours……. Stick to the truth and we shall succeed. Maybe slowly, but surely. Work as if on each one of depended the whole work; the global India is waiting for us.
Our faith is in the younger generation, the modern generation, out of them will come workers. They will work out the whole problem, like lions. We have to formulate them by unselfishness and universal humanity, brad minded.
Now no need to fight against the evil with sword. Just we have to work for ours growth , then India will grow automatically , like dhiru bhai ambhani,sachin tendulkar, sania mirza, ms dhoni, abdul kalam, ……etc

Writing a convincing and professional proposal seeking funds for your NGO is an art. Broadly the guidelines to be followed in writing a proposal seeking grants from a Ministry or Department of the Government of India are as follows:
The proposal for grant-in-aid should be submitted giving in detail the following:
(i) The statement of the problem which the project seeks to tackle
(ii) The objectives of the project
(iii)The geographical area that will be covered
(iv) The client group that is sought to be served
(v) The services that will be delivered, both institutional and non-institutional and the charges, if any, that will be realized from the beneficiary.
(vi) The physical targets that the project seeks to achieve
(vii) The expertise/experience that the organization has in planning and implementation such programmes services
(viii) The cost estimates (separately item-wise) for recurring and non-recurring items for each year
(ix) The anticipated output of the project (project quantitatively specified there feasible)
The application should be accompanied by:
(i) The Constitution of the Association, its articles memorandum, and its aims and objectives
(ii) Constitution of the Board of Management/Governing Body; present membership; date when the present Board of Management/Governing Body was constituted
(iii) Last Annual Report
(iv) Information relating to the grant received or likely to be received from Central Government State Government or any other body including local bodies or voluntary organizations. If any applications are pending with these organizations for similar grant the details in this regard should be given
(v) A statement of full receipt and expenditure of the organization/ institution for the last two years and a copy of the balance-sheet for the previous year. These should be certified by chartered accountant or a Government authority (this is applicable to organizations which have existed for more than two years)
The organization when forwarding the proposal will certify that it agrees to be responsible for:
(i) Administering and managing the finance
(ii) Using the funds provided under the project exclusively for the project work
(iii) Proper implementation of the programme/services for which grants have been received
(iv) Submission of progress reports as may be prescribed by the concerned Ministry/Department
(v) Refunding the full amount with interest thereon in case of misuse or unauthorized use of the funds for purposes other than those indicated in the sanction letter or for with holding or suppressing information regarding grants from other official sources
Note: Usually a fund seeking proposal sent to the Government of India needs to be routed through the concerned Department of the State Government.

With Kindly it is acknowledged that Friend Organization is registered organization working since 2007 in District Matiari, Sindh, Pakistan , in humanitarian grounds , Friends Organization has taken initiative to provide the Computer skill development classes to the youth of our community specially girls, it is also informed that there is no any computer training institute in Matiari, and the guys have to travel 25 kilometers to Hyderabad City for getting Computer Education and thing is that the people are living in poverty condition they could afford expenses for their youth to get computer education, Friends Organization has taken this step with self-help basis, we have purchased 7 computer and about 50 students are getting technical education but we have need of books and finance assistance , in this regard you are requested to please support us.

Nishkarsh Sai Seva Samiti is effective in Madhya Pradesh, India registered under society Act1973 reg. no.01/01/01/21104/2009.
